This was originally intended for the Man behind the Mask contest held by the Spartan-II-Project. I had it done in time, but ws staying at a hotel in China. I stayed up all night working on it, even going so far as to cut way back on my intentions for the battle. There were going to be very few cut and pasted ships, I was going to draw them all, down to some Banshees strafing a UNSC Starship to a Pelican erupting into a Fireball. but I didn't have time in the end if I wanted to meet my deadline (I heard about the contest only the night before it was due). As it was, I didn't really have time or capability to load it up since then until now. I did it entirely in photoshop with my tablet, and I'm rather proud of it. My favorite part is actually the moon and Earth, I think I'm coming along with backgrounds rather nicely.

It's supposed to represent the Chief's determination, dedication to duty, and of course a morbid sense of humor. I hope people enjoy it, I'll try and post the original PSD version as well, but the computer I'm using to do this is in a library.
