John 117

This is something that I drew out a while ago, one half of a larger picture. However, it took me a while to come up with a background for it. Backgrounds are going to to take me more time to truly work out and I'm not overly satisfied with this one. Look for the second half and the completed picture in the next few weeks. Also, I am aware that the green isn't quite right for Spartan armor. I just sort of went with it anyway.

Drawn on paper, scanned, and then inked and colored in Photoshop CS.

Edit: I messed around with the color adjustment on this older piece, and decided I liked it better this way.
